Our journey begins with the meticulous milling, mashing, fermentation, and distillation of the finest seasonal Scottish malted barley. Every drop of new-make spirit is crafted with precision to meet the highest standards, forming the foundation of the exceptional whisky that follows.
Once the desired aromas and flavours are created, refined, and concentrated through distillation, the spirit is filled into our hand-selected casks sourced from the renowned Jerez region of Spain. These European oak casks are expertly seasoned in Spain before making their journey to Scotland.
Upon arrival, each cask is individually inspected and nosed, then filled with our bespoke recipes and flavour profiles, ready to mature into something truly remarkable.

The maturation process is an integral part of the creation of our bespoke whisky. We monitor this process very closely through regular human and laboratory sample analysis, ensuring that every aspect of the spirit's development is meticulously managed. Overseeing recipe creation, production and guiding the maturation process, brings invaluable care to every cask, ensuring the whisky's evolution is as remarkable as the materials that shape it.
